By accessing or using MyGymManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must register using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Use of Services
- You may use MyGymManager to manage your gym, members, trainers, and equipment.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscription and Payments
Gym owners are responsible for setting their own membership plan charges. MyGymManager does not process payments — we provide tools to track and manage them.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if your gym is marked inactive by an administrator. You may discontinue use at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyGymManager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
